These exquisite pineapple tarts are just divine! My family and I loved the aromatic pineapple pulp which has a sticky chewy texture and is not cloyingly sweet. I know of some kids who would actually polish off the pineapple and discard the crust. Trust me, this would never happen in the case of PrimaDeli’s pineapple tarts because the crust is incredibly moist and soft. It crumbles and has a slight melt-in-the-mouth texture.
